Role Overview

This Graduate Trainee role is designed for fresh graduates who want to kickstart their career in software development and testing. You’ll work closely with experienced developers, contribute to real projects, and learn how modern applications are built and tested in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

● Assist in developing and testing mobile applications ● Work with senior developers on ongoing software projects ● Participate in code reviews, training sessions, and team discussions ● Contribute ideas during brainstorming and improvement sessions ● Follow coding standards and best practices ● Help improve existing features and build new ones

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields ● Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) ● Familiarity with at least one programming language ● Good communication and teamwork skills ● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Must-haves

● Graduation in 2024 or 2025 ● Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies ● Ability to work in a team environment ● Basic coding knowledge and logical thinking

Nice-to-have

● Experience with Kotlin, Java, Swift, or Objective-C ● Knowledge of Android or iOS development frameworks ● Any academic or personal projects related to mobile development
